Founder & Executive Leadership
Tisa Hardin-Partridge
Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer
Tisa Hardin-Partridge founded Pink Lotus Project NE in 2017 following her own breast cancer journey. She leads the organization’s mission, grant implementation, partnerships, fundraising, programs, and organizational strategy. Her survivor-led leadership helps ensure that Pink Lotus provides culturally relevant and compassionate support to African-American women affected by breast cancer.

Marilyn Sims
Vice President · Finance & Governance Oversight
Urban League of Nebraska
Marilyn Sims brings approximately 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience in organizational development, program administration, staff development, training, community partnerships, executive management, and oversight of million-dollar budgets. Her leadership strengthens governance, organizational systems, budgeting, financial oversight, and accountability.
Dr. Aubray Orduña, EdD, MSN
Founding Board Member · Governance & Program Quality
Clarkson College Board of Directors
Dr. Orduña is a continuing founding board member who has served Pink Lotus throughout its existence. Her more than 40 years in nursing, healthcare administration, education, and leadership bring continuity, institutional knowledge, program-quality expertise, responsible oversight, and mission-focused decision-making.
Toni White
Treasurer · Administrative & Survivor Support
Breast Cancer Survivor and Community Advocate
Toni White provides bookkeeping and administrative support, organizes records, maintains program and grant documentation, and supports accurate tracking of attendance, participants, activities, and expenditures. As a breast cancer survivor, she also supports survivor programming through lived experience, peer connection, and understanding of participants’ practical and emotional needs.
Ginny Czechut, MSPR
Development Chair
Charles Drew Health Center
Ginny Czechut manages marketing and fund development at Charles Drew Health Center. Her experience in fundraising, grant writing, communications, event planning, and nonprofit development helps Pink Lotus build a consistent, year-round approach to grants, donors, sponsors, partnerships, and funding beyond seasonal events.
Shavonne Washington-Krauth
Community Chair
Shavonne Washington-Krauth supports community engagement, outreach, and relationship-building efforts that connect Pink Lotus Project NE with the women, families, and partners it serves.
Jessica Moreno
Community Partnerships & Communications Chair
Equipped Global
Jessica helps nonprofits strengthen their organizations and connect with community resources and funding opportunities. Her nonprofit consulting, partnership-development, and community-engagement experience supports Pink Lotus’s organizational growth, external relationships, communications, and sustainability.

Technology & Marketing Chair

Grant McGaugh brings approximately 30 years of healthcare technology and business-development experience. His expertise in AI-enabled growth, emerging technology, strategic branding, partnerships, and market development helps Pink Lotus use technology responsibly, improve efficiency and visibility, cultivate strategic relationships, and identify sustainable growth opportunities.

Public Disclosure
All Pink Lotus Project NE board members other than the Chief Executive Officer serve voluntarily and receive no compensation. The CEO is the organization’s only compensated board member. Of the $40,000 I Be Black Girl (IBBG) grant, $15,000 supports the CEO’s part-time annual salary and $5,000 supports medical insurance.
Strengthening Our Capacity
Pink Lotus Project NE continues to seek a qualified finance professional willing to volunteer as a board member or advisor. Until that expertise is secured, financial oversight is supported by administrative and bookkeeping work, executive budgeting experience, board review of expenditures, and implementation of an appropriate bookkeeping system.
The strengthened 2026 board distributes responsibility across nonprofit leadership, fundraising, financial oversight, healthcare, technology, marketing, partnerships, communications, administration, and program support.
This structure is designed to improve sponsorship development, financial planning, community partnerships, program implementation, documentation, and organizational accountability.
