Sponsorship & Partnership
Sponsor the healing. Help us build the house.
Pink Lotus Project Nebraska is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving African-American women facing breast cancer across the Omaha and Lincoln metros. Your sponsorship sustains our programs and staff year-round — and moves us toward a permanent Holistic Healing House for cancer survivors.
Since 1987, African-American women have died from breast cancer at a rate 43% higher than any other racial or ethnic group. Your sponsorship changes that statistic — here, in Nebraska.
Why we existThe Case for Partnership
Proven impact. Trusted stewardship. Room to grow with you.
Since 2017, we have delivered culturally relevant, holistic care — plant-based nutrition, mindfulness, movement, sisterhood support, and spiritual guidance — with a survivor-led board and institutional partners including Nebraska Medicine, Hologic, and the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center. In 2024 our work earned an $80,000 grant from THE BLK FUND, managed by I Be Black Girl. And we do it lean: in 2025, we delivered our full program slate on a program budget of roughly $20,000. That is disciplined stewardship — and it is exactly why the Lotus Circle exists: to add the dedicated staff and Executive Director that volunteers alone cannot sustain, so every program can scale.
Fund the team behind the mission
Annual sponsorships underwrite an Executive Director and core staff — the difference between a volunteer effort and a self-sustaining organization that serves women every single week.
Power the programs
Healing Essentials care packages, one-on-one counseling, monthly support groups, wellness workshops, and community health events — delivered at no cost to the women we serve.
Create the Healing House
Our long-term vision: a permanent Holistic Healing House for cancer survivors — a home for nutrition education, sound healing, movement classes, counseling, and sisterhood.
Annual Sponsorship — The Lotus Circle
A lotus opens one petal at a time. So does an organization.
Lotus Circle sponsors make a 12-month commitment that lets us plan, hire, and serve with confidence. Every level is recognized across all four of our annual events: Strut for the Cure, the Annual Pancake Feed & Health Fair, the Pink Lotus Retreat, and our Faith, Food & Fellowship support-group series.

Event Sponsorship
Put your brand in the room where healing happens.
Our flagship, Strut for the Cure — the All-Cancer Fashion Show, gathers 100–200 survivors, families, healthcare leaders, and community decision-makers at Metropolitan Community College's South Campus each June — an intimate room where your brand is seen, thanked from the stage, and remembered. Coverage from KETV NewsWatch 7 and our social channels extends that recognition to thousands more across the Omaha metro. Event sponsorships are single-event commitments — a perfect first step toward the Lotus Circle.

The Vision — Capital Campaign
The Holistic Healing House
Every week, women leave treatment and come home to a gap: no place built for their recovery. The Healing House will close that gap — a permanent home in our community for nutrition education, counseling, sound healing, movement and yoga, sisterhood circles, and survivorship programs, open to cancer survivors year-round. Target opening: 2030 or sooner.
This is a phased capital campaign, and we are raising it the right way — plan first, building second. Founding Partners join now, in Phase One, when their investment shapes everything that follows. Golden Lotus annual sponsors are automatically recognized as Founding Partners, and naming opportunities are reserved on a first-committed basis as each phase opens.
